Very yucky dream indeed…
I was in a kitchen. It had two narrow open door which led onto a patio. My sister was outside, reading something, while i was in the kitchen, busying myself. Between the two door frames there was a heavy piece of furniture, like a low, dark brown cabinet. Underneath it, one of my flip-flops had been left. As I was looking at it, I saw the flip-flop move towards me. Then, from under the furniture came a huge spider, carrying the flip-flop. I panicked. The spider was about 1.5 times larger than a baseball and it had very long and thin legs. It’s body was bright yellow and it was sticking up in the air, morbidly fat. I don’t know why it wanted my flip-flop, but it was holding on to it for dear life!
Like I said, I panicked and called my sister, who was very uninterested in my distress. She told me to kill it, because there are so many like it around. So I armed myself with a chair! The chair had a metallic back, so i flipped it over and started to hit the spider with the back of it. He tried to attack, but at the same time he walked backwards, towards one of the doors… It never let go of the flip-flop. As i was hitting him, blood was coming out of him in thick streams. It was a very deep red and so much of it! Finally, the spider died outside, in the grass. It lots so much blood that its body deflated.
It was a horrible and vivid dream!
We want to build an inground pool, but we aren’t sure whether to go with a chlorine or salt water system. We have heard a lot of pros and cons regarding salt water systems, but wanted to know from someone who has their pool for several years to see if they had problems with corrosion of stone, pool parts, &/or patio furniture or other outdoor items made from aluminum or stainless steel. Also, does anyone know anything about the NOGSYS filtration systems?
I have an older cat. I’m not quite sure how old, at least 10. I got her from a neighbor years ago, and she hasn’t had a vet check all that while, or even a couple years before that. Once she sprained her paw and couldn’t walk on it, but we didn’t take her to the vet and it healed (we think) on its own. So…should I take her to the vet? I’m thinking it’s a good idea. She’s an outside cat, so I want to make sure she hasn’t caught anything, and all she does now is fight with the neighbors’ kitten (the kitten wins) and sleeps on my patio furniture.
Should I take her to the vet or not? How much will it cost, even if nothing’s wrong? I just get worried sometimes, that something might happen. Does anyone think she might be due for any vaccinations or anything?
